On behalf of me & my family, I wish to convey our condolences to the family of the late Nurin Jazlin Jazimin! May this gruesome murder & sexual abuse be brought to justice ASAP!

1st Customer Service Comments!

Today we went to 2 outlets for 1)Madam Kwan's Bangsar for lunch & 2)Marmalade Kafe for Dessert!

Lunch at Madam Kwan was normal but Im more interested to talk about the Customer Service level! When we (me,wifey & junior) opened the door, we were greeted warmly by I believe to be Madam Kwan's relative or perhaps daughter, very polite & coz even I offered to open the door for her & the daughters in tow she insited we come in 1st! We were seated & expected a nice lunch with acceptable service knowing Mdm Kwans operation at KLCC! As soon as we were seated by the Captain & was about to get comfy, a foreign waitress was cleaning the table next to out table & quite obvious was upset over some issues & was talking at a loud & audible voice which startled junior. Anyway it is obvious thier standard of service here is worse of than KLCC! The Captain service is acceptable by todays presnet bad CS expectations in Malaysia!

Madam Kwans Bagsar get's 2 Stars from 5 for unacceptable service at these prices!



Earler we had gone to Marmalade Kafe & had though of having our lunch there but when we looked at the menu we though the food would come in tea time portions so we decided to move on to Madam Kwans! The manager Jason greeted& seated us & upon changing our minds even said it's OK & ask us to come back perhas at another time! My wife said we shall be back for Desserts!

We came back and stopped at the Cake Counter to ogle at the Cakes available and we knew from the loks of things we were not going to be The Cakes @ Marmalade Kafe!
disappointed! Jason the manager recommended an
Orange Ginger Cake which is the Kafe's speciality and I ordered a Honey Latte & wifey ordered a Homemade Tea Blend! The cake was delicious and so was my Honey Latte!


































1st picture on top left is the Homemade Tea,2nd clockwise is 1/2 of the orange Ginger Cake (mmmm yummy!) and bottom is the honey latte!

BTW Junior was very comfortable at the Kafe!








Anyway I would like to award Marmalade Cafe a 4 Star rating for the excellent CS provided by Jason!

Customer Service Woh? Sure or Not?

Im starting this blog with the intention to highlight either good service but more importantly to put shame to those whom do not even bother to give appropriate measures of customer service!

Malaysian companies, establishments, food outltes have dramaticlly changed since I worked as a odinary team member in the 2nd McDonalds outlet at the present jalan Bukit Bintang outlet! back then Customer Service was practised at a standard above the norm of other neighbouring countries. Today my God, even cusomers are scolded for taking reasonalbe time to order and virtually shooed away when it is time to close the restaurant!

I hope people from all walks of life will share good & bad experiances here of thier customer service with special attention to Malaysian establishments!
