What kind of Customer Service do the preach & practise at this places?

Sorry for not having posted anything for a long time! Recently I went to 2 local restaurants in KL and on 3 separate occasions felt like slapping the waiter for being rude!

Both are near KLCC and the 1st is Lotus Restaurant, Jalan Binjai off Jalan Ampang next to Nikko Hotel & Citibank! We went there on 2 occasions and on 2 occasions the very same waiter reprimanded some of our friends for not ordering at the same time, cmon man were not rude & in fact very pleasant & courteous but this idiot ( no need to blame others! ;) ) was bloody rude!

2nd outlet was Pelita Nasi Kandar opposite Corus Hotel along Jalan Ampang, the very same thing happened but unfortunately for the guy this time I told him off!

Why cant Malaysian F&B outlets preach & practise some acceptable CS is beyond my wonder! But to be fair all is not lost there are still those who do & I will update you on those that do if I ever were to find them!
